Refunds can only be made if the invoice has been paid in full within 30 days of invoice date. Fees are not subject to VAT CANCELLATION FEE A charge of 50% of the applicable fee will be made for cancellation by the client of a firm verbal or written booking. This cancellation fee applies to all categories of staff.
